Personal data processing declaration
AmRest Coffee s.r.o., Company Identification Number: 281 67 694, with the registered office at Walterovo náměstí 329/3, 158 00 Prague 5, processes as controller your personal data to the extent of the information provided at registration (name, surname, e-mail, postal code, day and month of birth), data about your purchases (date and place of purchase, purchased goods), payment details, amount of credit and number of received stars and recordings of your voice when communicating with call center operator, for the purpose of your participation in Starbucks Rewards program, processing of purchases with Starbucks Card, performing of related obligations and communication with your person. Legal ground for processing of these personal data of yours is performance of contract concerning participation in the Starbucks Rewards program. We can also process your personal data for the purpose of customer satisfaction survey as our legitimate interest.
Processing of your personal data in excess of the above is executed only with your consent and to the extent and for the purposes included in wording of the consent.
When processing personal data AmRest Coffee s.r.o. uses the following companies as recipients of personal data:
- 3e Kolczyński, Liżewski, Gędziorowski, Rostocki Spółka Jawna, with its registered office at Podbipięty 51, 02-732 Warsaw, Republic of Poland, which manages the information systems needed to operate the Starbucks Rewards Program;
- Benhauer Sp. z oo, with its registered office at Grzegórzecka 21, 31-532 Kraków, Republic of Poland, which provides marketing communications;
- McCann Worldgroup Sp. z oo, with its registered office at Cybernetyki 19, 02-677 Warszawa, Republic of Poland, which provides marketing communications; and
- PayU SA, with its registered office at Poznań (60-166), Grunwaldzka 182, Republic of Poland, which in some cases provides credit for Starbucks Card.
The recipients of personal data have access to your personal data only to the extent necessary for their activities. After the expiration of the period mentioned in text of your consent, your personal data will be deleted, unless there is another reason for their processing.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the European Union.
AmRest Coffee s.r.o. respects your rights relating to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by changing the settings in your account or sending a message to the below mentioned email or postal address of registered office of AmRest Coffee s.r.o. However, withdrawal of your consent will not affect the processing of your personal data performed until you have withdrawn your consent.
In addition, you have the right to access the personal data, right to rectification and erasure of personal data, right to restriction of processing, data portability and the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to the competent authority of another Member State of the European Union.
You also have the right to object to processing for the purpose of direct marketing, and if you raise your objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
Providing of your personal data is voluntary, but without providing your personal data you will not be able to obtain the benefits associated with your Starbucks Card and / or to obtain information about special offers, discounts and news.
